1. STUDENT
Who is it for?

Selection Criteria
Personal statement indicating interest in ethics and ECOA, including career plan
A GCPA of 4.0 as at the time of applying (Create Link to registration form and payment)
2. ACADEMIC
For colleges and universities instructors, academics and researchers whose research and work requires compliance with the ethical approvals.
Selection Criteria
Must be a member of the relevant research and academic institution in Africa
Must complete the ECOA modules for accreditation
A list of research work and interest (Create Link to registration form and payment)
3. INDIVIDUAL
For ethics and compliance professionals who are new to the industry or starting occupying a position with a high demand for ethics and compliance (E&C)
Also ideal for external advisors and those who support the E&C across sectors, industries and community

4. ORGANIZATIONAL
For organizations looking to develop their E&C programs and to foster strong E&C teams. Must complete the ECOA organizational assessment for membership.
5. FELLOWS
For organizations led by seasoned E&C practitioners who manage advanced-level programs and who are seeking to improve the quality of programs as well as prepare their staff and organizations for the future. Must have a track record of sound ethical reasoning and practice in public or private section in Africa.
6. SENIOR FELLOWS
For advanced-level organizations led by thought leaders in the E&C field who are leading transformation change at their organizations and in the greater E&C community. Must have a track record of sound ethical reasoning and practice in public or private section in Africa.
7. HONORARY FELLOW
Honorary Fellow is ECOA's highest award and is conferred based on merit on a person who has delivered long and distinguished service to ECOA, country or international. It may not necessarily be awarded every year. Must have a track record of sound ethical reasoning and practice in public or private section in Africa.
