Lift your career and your organisation!
It is imperative that firms not only maintain their procedures and practices, but their employees are also up-to- date with all regulatory and legislative developments.
Most organizations face increased ethics & compliance exposure, expanded global remits, but constrained resources. We help ensure those resources are used where they’re needed most by benchmarking the ethics & compliance program, and then comparing implementation across affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, portfolio companies and/or third-parties.
Our Ethics and Compliance Training helps your staff understand the legal boundaries within which an organisation operates. It serves the purpose of educating employees on the laws and regulations pertaining to their industry or specific job function, effectively empowering them within the realm of their job scope.
We provide a range of training solutions with the provision of customized and interactive training for all levels of government and business stakeholders, from Senior Management at Director and CEO-level all the way down to Junior staff and fresh hires.

The programme provides knowledge relating to regulatory environment as well as governance from strategic and operational perspectives. Graduates well trained in the governance discipline would be able to manage the risks better and accomplish their responsibilities with higher ethical standard and greater confidence.
Under this module, we focus on explaining the role and importance of ethics in various business functions. A closer look is taken at the areas that directly impact or influence ethical behaviour in organizations.
Focusing on the protection of the business would result in a risk programme that, in theory, will meet regulatory compliance. However, the protection of the business goes beyond the mandate of meeting regulatory compliance. Compliance is expensive. It is hardly surprising that companies are looking for ways to reduce the cost of compliance or, better yet, leverage on compliance requirements develop competitive advantage. In many cases taking a risk management approach lowers cost by reducing redundant controls and disparate processes, and facilitates long term growth.
The module emphasizes how the code of conduct is one of the most essential procedural documents in an organization. It serves as a set of principles and norms providing standards of acceptable workplace behavior and ethical decisions for employees.
This risk management course provides a comprehensive overview of the theory and practice of risk management and corporate governance in a work setting.
This course provides tactics for building on opportunities, rather than viewing risk management as a negative part of your role. Examining both positive and negative risks, it considers risk assessment and management within commercial, government and not-for profit organisations.
Leaders at all levels face increasing pressures around performance, return on investment and efficiency. A crisis or disaster can derail even best-laid plans and cause permanent economic and reputational damage.
Threats to business continuity can be traditional in risk-prone areas such as fires and floods. This is exacerbated by the increasing impact of climate change. But we should not consider these alone. ICT interdependence through tightly coupled systems, hacking, energy security and even rogue employees are risks that can cause equally serious damage.
Under this module, we talk about the emergence of corporate governance including its emergence and the various reports that serve as guidelines for the corporate governance scenario in Africa.
This change management course for organisations will equip you with the principles of change management and techniques that will support organisational change.
Change can be instigated from within the organisation or imposed by external factors. Either way, making organisational changes needs to be well managed by winning over the hearts and minds whilst preparing teams, individuals and the organisation for success. This requires the change leader to understand the motivational triggers for each team member and to be flexible and creative in achieving positive outcomes for all parties. This course introduces principles and models for enabling large scale change within teams and organisations. Evidenced-based models are explained for achieving successful change management.
The first module is designed to provide a better understanding of the various ethical theories and the differences between those theories that led to the conceptualization of ethics. The 3 main theories focused on include – Utilitarianism, Deontology and Virtue Ethics.

This module talks about organizational ethics, which includes the policies, procedures, and culture of doing the right things in the face of difficult issues. It is focused on helping understand how the reputation and profit of organizations rests on the work ethics of the employees and the culture created.
The module discusses how ethics lays the foundation to determine the difference between what you have the right to do and what is right to do. Keeping leadership at the forefront, it is discussed how ethics impacts leadership and how being an ethical leader can contribute positively towards the growth and development of the company.
Unconscious biases are social stereotypes that influence behaviour. They are automatic, unintentional, deeply engrained and universal. No one is free from unconscious biases. Cultural intelligence is the ability to adapt, relate and work effectively with teams across cultures.
Understanding cultural intelligence and unconscious bias are useful capabilities when leading and building diverse and inclusive teams. During this course, we will blend these concepts to allow you to understand and then develop strategies and thinking that will help you build more inclusive teams and manage your own responses to diverse groups.
When we label someone as a psychopath in the workplace, what do we mean? Do you feel like a casualty of a workplace psychopath or you also partly responsible for their behaviour? For many managers it may be difficult to acknowledge the problems, and avoidance in handling this will impact on workplace culture and performance. For staff, you may feel vulnerable, as well as unclear and unsupported on how you can be part of the solution or how to initiate formal approaches to have the issue managed.
